- I graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with a degree in History
and a double minor in Classics and German
- I currently live in northern Florida with my husband and two cats
- Areas of interest include: ancient Rome, the early Middle Ages, the Tudor period, military history, cultural history, mythology, religion, languages & linguistics, gender & sexuality
- Other hobbies include: internet geekery and general fannishness, herb gardening, yoga, collecting smelly candles, watching too many DVDs
